Mental Health First Aid 〰️

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to recognize the early signs of mental health and substance use challenges, respond appropriately in moments of crisis, and guide individuals toward professional support. Just as CPR prepares someone to respond to a cardiac emergency, MHFA prepares individuals to respond confidently and compassionately to mental health concerns.

This evidence-based, nationally recognized program teaches a simple, actionable framework for assessment, active listening, reassurance, and referral. Participants gain a deeper understanding of common conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use, while also learning how to reduce stigma and foster psychologically safer environments.

Training sessions can be customized to meet the needs of your organization, including format, audience, and scheduling. Pricing is negotiated based on group size, location, and session structure to ensure accessibility and value for each agency or community partner.

Investing in mental health literacy strengthens your people and your mission.
